  • Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, or social media
  • Provide timely and accurate solutions and alternatives
  • Review and assess customer service interactions to ensure adherence to quality standards
  • Identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery

Requirements

  • 2+ years online and offline customer-facing experience
  • Strong communication skills and multicultural awareness
  • Results-oriented and able to inspire dedication
  • Bonus Skills

  • Proficiency in an extra foreign language
  • Experience in high tech, software development, and education technology industries
  • Ability to work in a global / regional presence with multiple offices
