Job Responsibilities
Offer the highest standard of service to guests.
- Carry out qualified control and monitoring of auxiliary tasks related to facilities, buildings, or vehicles.
- Handle ancillary tasks on the premises in a qualified, autonomous, and responsible manner.
- Conduct necessary tests to ensure the safe and efficient operation of installations.
- Install and maintain devices for the protection of persons and goods, including Lifeguard and Occupational Risk Prevention Technician activities, where applicable.
- Maintain installations and machinery.
- Collaborate with external installation and maintenance services if necessary.
Installations and Buildings
Perform repair and maintenance tasks on installations and buildings.Conduct tests to guarantee safety and efficiency.Install and maintain safety devices for people and property.Maintain installations and machinery.Select, procure, and verify equipment compliance with specifications.Record data related to work development and results.Knowledge and Experience
Basic network knowledge (RJ45, Switch, Patch Panel, Server, etc.).Basic computer skills at user level.Knowledge of remote connections.Knowledge of mobile devices (tablets, phones, etc.).Knowledge of Wi-Fi networks.Knowledge of Point of Sale terminals (Micros).Knowledge of printers (changing toners, troubleshooting, etc.).Skills for Job Performance
