As an intern in RBC’s Madrid office, you will support the marketing and execution of M&A, debt, equity, and other financial advisory services.
Job Description What will you do?
- Assist in the execution of mandated deals.
- Help prepare marketing pitchbooks and related materials.
- Gather public information from various sources.
- Create discounted cash flow models and other valuation models.
- Build company forecast models.
- Draft marketing documents such as Confidential Information Memorandums for financings and / or M&A assignments.
- Maintain and update databases.
