Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Software & Automation Developer with deep experience in backend development and a strong DevOps mindset to join our high-performing global team. This role is ideal for a self-driven professional with proven technical leadership, passionate about building scalable systems and driving automation across complex environments. The successful candidate will bring hands-on expertise in Python, Node.js, RESTful APIs, Django, and Ansible, along with a strong grasp of CI / CD practices and infrastructure as code.

This position offers the opportunity to contribute strategically, mentor others, and act as a key technical escalation point in a collaborative, multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

DevOps & Automation Engineering

• Architect and implement end-to-end automation using Ansible, CI / CD pipelines, and modern DevOps tooling.
• Align automation practices with enterprise standards to support global scalability and maintainability.
• Drive infrastructure improvements, observability, and system resilience across environments.
• Proactively identify areas for automation, improvement, and performance optimization.
