SAP Support Specialist (m / f / d)

Location : Sils or Barcelona (Terrassa), Spain

Your Mission

The main mission involves following up and resolving SAP support cases related to MyPuratos (our e-commerce platform integrated with SAP) via the support portal.

What you will do

As an SAP Support Specialist, you will be an expert in your domain from both a functional and technical perspective.

Key responsibilities include :

• Performance Optimization : Analyzing and optimizing the performance of existing ABAP programs and processes to improve system response times and resource utilization. This includes identifying bottlenecks, optimizing database access, and implementing best coding practices.
• Integration : Developing and configuring interfaces and integration solutions using ABAP technologies such as RFC, BAPI, IDoc, and Web Services. Integrating SAP with external systems and third-party applications.
• Data Migration : Developing and executing data migration programs and scripts to transfer data between SAP and non-SAP systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Technical Support and Troubleshooting : Providing technical assistance to resolve issues related to ABAP development, system integrations, and data conversions. Analyzing and debugging ABAP programs to identify errors.
• Documentation and Knowledge Sharing : Documenting technical designs, specifications, and activities. Sharing knowledge through presentations, training, and documentation.
• Continuous Learning : Staying updated on SAP technologies, participating in training programs, workshops, and conferences to enhance skills.
