Customer Service Role Overview

We are seeking a customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide timely and effective responses to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Fluency in English and one additional language (Dutch, Swedish, or German)
