Embat was born to design the best way for medium and large-sized enterprises to plan their finances and monitor their cash flow in real time. We are building a financial management platform that allows them to understand what has happened in the past, track what is happening today, and forecast the future of their businesses.

Our mission is to build a product that leverages technology and excellent client experience to empower our clients to make the best business decisions by accessing the best financial information 100x more efficiently than using Excel files. Our solution translates into savings of up to 75% of the time that financial teams spend on manual tasks, allowing them to focus on what matters most : making a greater impact within their organization and achieving a better balance between personal and professional life.

Our platform is already the trusted treasury management software for a large number of medium and large-sized corporates in Europe, composed of a fantastic team of 70 members from diverse backgrounds and nationalities. Backed by reputable international investors, we aim to make Embat global and a great place to work. In February 2024, we closed our third investment round worth 15 million euros, led by the renowned international investment fund Creandum, with support from partners such as Samaipata, 4Founders Capital, VentureFriends, Hugo Arvalo, and Martin Blessing.

As a Treasury Success Specialist, you will collaborate with our Sales, Implementation, Product, and Customer Operations teams. We foster an evolving and agile environment with daily interactions across the team, minimal bureaucracy, and no hierarchy. We value team members who challenge and question the features they work on, giving you space to build, collaborate, and create value and impact for our users.

What will you do

  • Onboarding & Training : Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand and effectively use our SaaS product.
  • Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers as their primary point of contact.
  • Customer Support : Provide timely and effective support to resolve customer issues, coordinating with internal teams as necessary.
  • Customer Advocacy : Advocate for customer needs and feedback within the company, ensuring our products meet their evolving requirements.
  • Performance Tracking : Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address potential issues to prevent churn.
  • Upselling & Renewal : Identify opportunities for upselling and ensure successful renewals by demonstrating the value of our products.

What are we looking for

  • Experience : At least 3 years in customer success, account management, or a related field.
  • Profile : Willing to work in a hybrid environment, collaborate across teams, and understand the big picture.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Customer-Centric Attitude : Strong commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Problem-Solving Skills : Proactive, analytical, with the ability to develop practical solutions.
  • Technical Aptitude : Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new software and tools.
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Languages : Proficiency in English and fluency in Spanish.
