Compliance and Risk Management Specialist

About the Role :
You will develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive compliance and risk management program. This role is critical in ensuring the organization adheres to all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
You will work closely with various departments to identify, assess, and mitigate risks, promoting a culture of compliance and ethical conduct throughout the organization.
You will report to the Global Quality & Aftersales Director and will be based in Madrid (Getafe). You will collaborate closely with the Global Sustainability Department, as well as Internal Control and Indirect Purchase Departments.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee all aspects of product compliance for all our Product Categories, including special projects - e.g. Salone di Mobile - and Global Marketing initiatives.
- Develop and maintain a robust compliance program that addresses all relevant legal and regulatory requirements and covers LVMH global roadmap.
- Create and update compliance policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with LVMH roadmap, industry best practices and evolving regulations.
- Stay up to date on product-related regulations and standards in relevant markets, organize effective regulatory monitoring and access to all needed relevant official documentation.
- Implement and maintain a duty of vigilance program to identify and address potential human, social and environmental risks in the supply chain for all Product Categories, including different levels of audits, inspections, checks, at vendors and suppliers.
- Input into global sustainability strategy and implement the organization's industrial sustainability agenda.
- Monitor and report on the environmental performance for the Industrial and Supply Chain scope.
- Establish and maintain systems for tracking products and materials throughout the supply chain.
- Ensure compliance with traceability requirements in relevant markets.
Requirements :
15+ years of relevant experience in compliance and risk management, preferably with international projects of significant complexity and / or in Manufacturing industries.Sound knowledge of legal requirements and controls : relevant laws, regulations, and manufacturing standards.Good command of English and Spanish is mandatory (verbal & written). A third language (French or Italian) is a plus.Why Join Us :
