Join to apply for the Social Media Community Manager role at Alea

Responsibilities :

  • Manage LinkedIn & Community Engagement : Engage with our founder’s network and amplify podcast or PR-related content in real-time.
  • Podcast Management (Under Pressure Podcast) :

Work directly with the Founder of Alea to bring his podcast to life and grow its audience.

  • Upload episodes to Spotify, Apple, Amazon, Audible, and YouTube.
  • Write show notes, pull-quotes, and social snippets for episodes.
  • Collaborate with Design for branded thumbnails and feature episodes on alea.com.
  • YouTube & Video Content :
  • Manage Alea’s YouTube channel, maintain playlists, and ensure content is on-brand.

  • Repurpose webinar, conference, and panel videos into clips.
  • Coordinate with Design on visuals for YouTube and podcast promotion.
  • Transform transcripts into SEO-friendly blog articles.
  • Keep the blog organized and updated with news, updates, and recaps.
  • Analytics & Reporting :
  • Track performance across platforms.

  • Deliver monthly reports with insights and trends to the Head of Marketing.
  • Content Creation & Social Engagement :
  • Create short-form videos like Reels, TikToks.

  • Develop engaging posts and campaigns for social channels.
  • Stay updated on social media trends for relevant content.
  • Qualifications :

  • Proficient in English with strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • 1-2+ years experience in social media, content, or podcast management.
  • Experience with LinkedIn content strategy and engagement.
  • Knowledge of CMS, YouTube Studio, and podcast platforms.
  • Strong editorial instincts and organizational skills.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and able to work with leadership.
  • Creative and structured thinking.
  • Spanish is a plus.
