Job description:

1. Take overall responsibility for the governance of risks related to external regulatory incidents, establish cross-departmental coordination mechanisms, and ensure a swift and effective organizational response when facing regulatory issues;

2. Stay informed of local policy developments, regulatory trends, and industry movements; provide feasible risk mitigation recommendations and support high level management in forward-looking decision-making;

3. Build and maintain strong working relationships with external stakeholders such as government agencies, regulatory bodies, and industry associations; effectively communicate the company’s positions and concerns, and actively participate in policy dialogue and feedback processes;

4. Develop and improve internal processes and early-warning mechanisms for managing external regulatory risks, enhancing organizational compliance awareness and risk resilience.

Job Requirements :

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Public Affairs, Law, Political Science, Communications, Risk Management, Business Administration, or other related fields is preferred;

2. 3–5 years of relevant experience in government relations, public affairs, compliance management, or risk control; experience in large enterprises, multinational companies, or government agencies is a plus;

3. Strong understanding of macro policies, regulatory environments, and compliance requirements, with proven ability to interpret policies and identify compliance risks;

4. Excellent cross-functional communication and coordination skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with external organizations such as government departments, regulators, and industry associations in handling complex and sensitive matters;

5. Solid project management skills, with the ability to lead initiatives and respond quickly to emerging regulatory issues, mobilize resources, and mitigate risks;

6. High sense of responsibility, clear and structured thinking, steady under pressure, with strong problem-solving abilities;

7. Spanish speaker with proficiency in French is preferred;

8. Familiarity with the functioning of government institutions and previous experience or resources in dealing with government-related matters will be considered a strong advantage.
