Working as part of the ERP team, you’ll collect information, analyze requirements, and solve problems, providing technical and operational support. Together, we do what matters.

Strong consulting skills and client-facing experience with an implementation partner
A passion for learning, good business sense, and time management
Ability to manage clients’ expectations effectively
Likely a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field
Experience with at least one full-cycle implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or Dynamics AX, or supporting Dynamics 365 F&O as a strong user within the Advanced Warehouse Management module
Experience managing or leading teams on and offshore is a plus but not required

Prototype and configure processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) to meet client needs

Run workshops with clients, consultants, and leaders to analyze and design solutions, addressing gaps during prototyping

Collaborate with technical teams to incorporate client needs into specifications and functions

Break down clients’ business processes to link functional and non-functional requirements

Document settings and prepare clients to use the system

Support testing and train users
