IT Support Specialist

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our team. This is a temporary position that requires excellent communication and technical skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing remote and on-site support to our employees, resolving technical issues, and collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Providing first and second-line remote support and hardware assistance
• Collaborating with second and third-line support teams to resolve complex issues
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management tools
• Fluent English and Spanish language skills

This role involves shift work between 08 : 30-19 : 00 (Mon-Thu) and 08 : 00-17 : 00 (Fri), local time, with occasional out-of-hours support required.
