About the Role
We're looking for a dependable and organized Personal Assistant based in Barcelona to support our CEO in day-to-day life and help keep things running behind the scenes. This role includes a mix of personal tasks and light professional coordination, with the potential to take on more over time as the business grows.
You’ll help manage scheduling, logistics, errands, and communications — often acting as a right hand to make sure things don’t fall through the cracks. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys being helpful, is naturally proactive, and is excited to grow into new responsibilities over time.
