Role Overview

As an IT Project Manager (EU) , you will be responsible for leading and coordinating technology projects across Ceffu’s European operations . You will work with cross-functional teams, including developers, compliance, and infrastructure teams, to ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects related to blockchain, digital asset custody, and fintech services .

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of IT projects , ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and key deliverables aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, Security, and Compliance teams to manage technical requirements.
  • Ensure alignment with EU regulatory frameworks and IT security best practices.
  • Manage stakeholder communication, providing updates on project progress and risks.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks, implementing contingency plans where necessary.
  • Drive agile methodologies, ensuring teams follow best practices in Scrum / Kanban .
  • Oversee vendor management, ensuring third-party solutions align with company requirements.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably in fintech, blockchain, or financial services.
  • Strong background in managing IT infrastructure, software development, or digital transformation projects.
  • Experience leading teams in an Agile (Scrum / Kanban) environment .
  • Solid understanding of blockchain technology, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity best practices .
  • Familiarity with EU financial regulations , particularly those related to crypto assets and fintech.
  • Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, or other project management tools .
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification .
  • Experience in digital asset custody, crypto exchanges, or DeFi platforms .
  • Knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC II Type I / II, GDPR, and other security / compliance frameworks .
