As our business grows, we are seeking a motivated and service-oriented Part-Time Real Estate Agent to join our team on a freelance / commission basis.

Role Overview

We are looking for a bilingual real estate professional to assist our clients in finding and securing rental or purchase properties in Madrid. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, meeting people from around the world, and making high-value property deals. You’ll be responsible for conducting viewings, liaising with landlords or agencies, and guiding clients through the leasing or purchase process.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct property searches and arrange viewings tailored to client needs
• Accompany clients to property viewings and provide knowledgeable insights
• Negotiate lease or sale terms with landlords and agents on behalf of clients
• Serve as the local point of contact for clients during their home search
• Coordinate with our relocation consultants to ensure smooth client transitions
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Madrid rental and housing market

Requirements

Compensation

The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding prospective clients, understanding their criteria, and find living spaces that fit this criteria. You will then negotiate rent and drive our buyers to close. Your entrepreneurial spirit will drive your success.
