The Role

We are seeking a Junior Research Manager to join our agriculture panel team. This role is based in Spain or Italy, and the successful candidate must be fluent in English and Italian due to the client base.

  • Lead day-to-day projects of low to medium complexity or parts of medium to high complexity projects.
  • Support client questions related to the project.
  • Participate in presentations with senior colleagues.
  • Assist in creating proposals, designing RFPs, and estimating research hours with operations and supplier management.
  • Draft study concepts, design questionnaires, and collaborate with Marketing Science, Weighting, and Sampling teams as needed.
  • Support project pricing development under supervision.
  • Ensure high-quality delivery within budget and timeline.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and manage project issues.

    • Your Skills

  • Good knowledge of the agricultural sector (Crop protection and Seed) and related products.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Advanced analytical skills.
  • Basic presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
