Omega CRM Consulting is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to collaborate with a leading global pharmaceutical company.
Main Responsibilities
- Understand ServiceNow platform, community, and services.
- Comprehend the Citizen Approach within ServiceNow.
- Configure and maintain the ServiceNow platform within WSD module and APIs.
- Develop, maintain, and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, dashboards, and reports.
- Manage incidents and requests via the platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions, improve processes, and provide technical support.
- Analyze system performance issues and implement corrective actions, identifying root causes.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to industry standards and quality.
- Implement security policies using ACLs, roles, and groups.
- Document processes and technical solutions.
- Drive digital transformation and innovative solutions for clients.
- Develop and enhance prototypes and Proof of Concepts on ServiceNow.
- Present technical solutions aligned with business needs.
- Lead workshops focusing on innovation, co-creation, and solution validation.
- Stay updated on ServiceNow product developments and external trends to expand platform use.
Experience
At least 3 years in ServiceNow development or similar roles.Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript), web technologies (HTML / XML), and ServiceNow APIs.Experience with ITSM and WSD modules.Experience with Citizen development.Familiarity with ServiceNow tools like Flow Designer, Studio IDE, and Update Sets.Understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data models.Experience in Service Portal design and custom application development.Facilitation of client workshops and initiatives.Knowledge of Agile and DevOps practices.Understanding of relational databases and ITIL processes.Analytical, customer-oriented mindset, and quick learner.Strong communication skills in English and teamwork orientation.What We Offer
