Develop the rental strategy in LF Madrid together with the commercial leadership team

Setup performance goals for the team and track results, activity and efficiency of the agents

Devise strategies to gain market share in key areas of interest for Lucas Fox and working together with commercial leadership to put together actions to attract landlords and actively promote services and properties.

Be a point of contact for landlord / tenant escalations, complaints and focus on issue resolution by keeping maximum levels of customer service and successfully represent the brand.

Assist the HR department in the hiring process of commercial agents and provide requirements and feedback for the efficiency of the recruitment process

Previous experience in the real estate rentals sector for at least 3 -5 years

Proven experience in commercial organizations,

Deep knowledge of the Madrid city Real Estate Market, ideally rental sector (mid to high-end product)

Good Knowledge of Real Estate legal and financial processes are desirable

Good management of a CRM and excel are desirable

Spanish and English are required

Full-time permanent contract
