Summary :

The Associate Director, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Architect) is responsible for transforming business requirements into IT solution design specifications, ensuring solutions are safe, reliable, scalable, flexible, and cost-effective within the Novartis IT ecosystem using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Studio, MCP, and MCI.

Major Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and develop integration strategies.
• Scope requirements to meet business needs.
• Design and set up architecture for Salesforce Marketing Cloud components like MCI, MCP, MCE, Data Cloud.
• Develop and manage scalable marketing cloud solutions aligned with business goals.
• Ensure seamless integration of Marketing Cloud with other systems.
• Manage configuration and ongoing administration of Marketing Cloud instances.
• Establish best practices for coding, design, and data management.
• Conduct technical reviews to ensure platform integrity and performance.
• Implement data integrations with other systems such as CRMs and data warehouses.
• Leverage MCI for reporting and analytics to provide campaign insights.
• Develop dashboards and reports on customer behavior, engagement, and ROI.
