About Business Consulting :

About the role. You will :

  • Participate in consulting or implementation teams during IT projects for financial institutions, mainly insurance companies.
  • Conduct business analysis, define functional requirements, test solutions, and support UATs.
  • Collaborate daily with software developers and IT architects.
  • Be an active Agile team member, owning your topics.
  • Perform varied tasks in an international environment, testing yourself in different roles.

About the requirements. You need :

  • At least 2 years of experience in IT projects within the financial sector, preferably insurance or bancassurance.
  • A bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, IT, or related fields.
  • Strong command of English and Spanish (C1 level or higher), confident in collaboration.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to analyze and approach complex problems intuitively and analytically.
  • Eligibility to work full-time in Spain and the EU.
  • Willingness to travel regularly.

    • Nice to haves :

  • Familiarity with insurance processes.
  • Experience in fintech, consulting, or IT, especially in insurance or bancassurance.
  • Leadership and management skills.
  • Additional languages.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% and work with clients abroad, while based in Valencia.
