Descripción del trabajo

We are Spain’s biggest Internet company with profits since 2003 and we’ve been helping people search for a property in Spain, Italy and Portugal for more than 20 years.

At idealista, we’re passionate about user experience and we’re looking for a product manager to join our team in Madrid.

You’ll be working with a talented, multicultural team to define the strategy, design, and development of our products across Spain, Italy, and Portugal.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a Product Manager who thrives on clarity, structure and impact. Someone who enjoys getting to the root of problems, aligning stakeholders, and driving progress with honesty and precision.

Must-haves :

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities – clear, structured and to the point.
  • Skilled at managing business stakeholder expectations with empathy and transparency, while delivering accurate, detail-oriented communication and execution.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to independently explore and analyze data from diverse sources (quantitative and qualitative), going beyond pre-built dashboards to uncover insights.
  • Deep understanding of cross-functional team dynamics and a proven experience of collaborating effectively with research, design, engineering, analytics, marketing, legal, and / or business teams to deliver outcomes.
  • Proven ability to define product hypotheses using competitive benchmarking or other techniques, and testing them through experiments.
  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager across different digital products.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams, although you acknowledge the value of meeting in person at the office from time to time, whether for a specific project or for the team as a whole.

Nice-to-haves :

  • Familiarity with outcome-based planning. We value common sense over frameworks.
  • Experience in real estate platforms or marketplaces.
  • Ability to conduct user research when necessary.
  • Comfortable using SQL queries or alternative analytics tools as needed.
  • Proficiency in Italian, French or Portuguese is a plus.
  • What you’ll do :

  • Define product strategy with stakeholders and keep them aligned throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Keep a close eye on the market and competition to make informed product decisions.
  • Analyze input from users and internal teams to identify real opportunities.
  • Explore product data hands-on : create your own datasets and insights to support decision-making.
  • Translate user and business needs into clear, actionable requirements in collaboration with UX.
  • Work closely with developers to prioritize and maintain the backlog, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.
  • Monitor product performance and continuously evaluate impact using data.
  • Communicate product updates clearly and regularly to internal teams.
  • Collaborate with fellow Product Managers to ensure consistency across our product suite.
  • Define and lead go-to-market plans in partnership with Marketing to communicate product updates or launches to our users.
