We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Technical Sales Manager (Iberia) with a focus on the bakery industry (or related) in Spain. This role involves the sale of value-added functional ingredients and encompasses responsibilities from market prospecting to growing existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities :

• Market Prospecting : Identify and develop new business opportunities within the bakery sector, focusing on food protection and bakery.
• Account Management : Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying upselling opportunities.
• Sales Strategy : Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and promote business growth.
• Cross-Department Collaboration : Work with R&D, marketing, and product managers for seamless service delivery.
• Autonomous Management : Manage your schedule and priorities independently.
• Customer Support : Provide exceptional support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
