Process Consultant Madrid Fulltime

Due to the expansion of the Company, RightDecisions is offering a position as a Process Consultant.

Duties

• Project management : planning, coordination, and follow-up.
• Process methodology : AS-IS analysis of processes, TO-BE definition with improvement proposals, roadmap definition and prioritization, and support for improvement implementation.
• Team management : Internally (2 / 3 people in the team) and coordination of the different business areas involved in the process optimization projects.
• Communication skills, leadership, and proper coordination of meetings.
• Knowledge of RPA and Process Mining technology (at user level) as we use it as a lever to improve the organization's processes.
• Understand the needs of the business areas in order to identify and specify through the definition of business processes.
• Management and follow-up of the different projects in the area.
• Internal reporting management.

Qualifications

Professional Experience

More than 4 years of experience in technical and functional management of projects related to process definition both in consulting companies and IT departments.

Salary Range

35,000-42,000€ depending on candidate's experience and profile.
