Talent Attraction & Employer Brand :
- Conduct recruitment processes to attract and select top talent for our opportunities in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Define sourcing and hiring strategies for each position as well as the evaluation process.
- Manage job postings, screenings, and conduct interviews.
- Proactively recruit using internal databases and social networks.
- Support the improvement of strategic internal recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.
- Organize and participate in recruiting / employer branding activities.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience by following our employer branding guidelines throughout the entire talent attraction process.
Onboarding :
Develop and implement onboarding plans for new hires in cooperation with managers.Ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the company culture and processes on a technical, corporate, and social level.Implement action plans and provide personalized support and guidance to ensure an effective onboarding process.Coordinate internally with other departments to prepare for the incorporation of new hires.People’s Development :
Identify training needs and propose targeted development initiatives such as training programs, coaching, project assignments, or job enrichment opportunities.Design and launch Individual Development Plans and Career Plans.Ensure a positive development experience by providing continuous support and follow-up, engaging both the employee and their manager throughout the process.Provide general support to employees in their career growth and skill enhancement, offering orientation, coaching, and supervision as needed.Why become a SanLucarian?

Degree in Economics, HR Management, Psychology, or a related field.Fluency in Spanish and English; knowledge of a third language is a plus.Approximately 4 years of experience in HR generalist roles, focusing on talent attraction and selection.Experience in inbound recruiting for various office positions, preferably at an international level.Experience with onboarding and training management is desirable.Background in coaching, workshop management, or similar areas is advantageous.Strong communication, empathy, charisma, and negotiation skills.Alignment with our values : Partnership, Ambition for Results, Passion 4 Us, Team Spirit, Welcome Change.We welcome your application if interested!
