Are you excited about working in a fast-paced environment with a passionate and ambitious team? Join us to revolutionize the travel and spend management industry! We’re looking for a Senior Solutions Consultant for the Benelux region to help us achieve our goals.

As a Senior Solutions Consultant at Yokoy, you will support our Benelux sales team by promoting our platform across the region. Your role involves qualifying customer inquiries, understanding their requirements, and presenting our solutions to stakeholders in finance, HR, and IT. You will provide expert advice on configurations tailored to individual needs, leveraging your deep expertise in accounting principles, financial processes, and systems. Your curiosity and ability to grasp complex topics quickly will make you a key link between sales, product management, marketing, and implementation teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Customer Consulting & Requirements Analysis : Engage with stakeholders from Finance, HR, and IT to understand their processes, challenges, and objectives. Define clear requirements and test cases based on customer needs. Build trust through in-depth consulting, establishing yourself as a valued advisor.
  • Solution Development & Presentation : Design innovative solutions aligned with customer requirements, develop prototypes, and present them clearly. Address follow-up questions and guide discussions to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Collaboration with the Sales Team : Work closely with sales to develop persuasive concepts, presentations, and prototypes. Clearly communicate the value of our solutions to inspire stakeholders to choose Yokoy.
  • Industry & Product Expertise : Stay updated on accounting, controlling, industry trends, and technological innovations. Use your deep understanding of our solutions to address customer needs and highlight additional value.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration : Act as a key interface between sales, product development, marketing, and implementation. Share insights to ensure a seamless transition from sales to onboarding and deployment.
  • Internal Process Optimization & Knowledge Management : Contribute expertise to internal projects, refine processes, and develop standardized documents and models to support teams.

What You’ll Need

  • Expertise & Experience : Proven experience in customer consulting for software solutions, preferably in solutions consulting or presales within the Benelux market. Experience in accounting or payroll in mid-sized or large companies is a plus. Deep understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
  • Technical Skills : Hands-on experience with ERP systems like SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or Oracle. Knowledge of programming (low-code or full-stack) is a plus. Interest in emerging technologies and proactive integration.
  • Customer-Centric Approach : Ability to identify and document client needs clearly and effectively.
  • Communication & Language Skills : Strong presentation skills, ability to explain complex concepts clearly. Fluency in English; Dutch and French are a plus.
