What we're looking for :

We are seeking an experienced product manager to lead end-user engagement with Gartner Digital Markets Vendor Portal. Our Vendor Portal is where 90,000 software vendors and technology service providers manage their relationship with Gartner Digital Markets—building their brand, generating leads, and gaining market insights. We need a professional who can enhance the portal to attract new marketing and sales users, deepen existing user engagement, and expand monetization. This role involves driving product strategy evolution and delivering a world-class set of tools to our partners, fueling their business growth. It requires mastery of product management, a passion for excellence, and a strategic mindset capable of handling multifaceted problems. This position is within an entrepreneurial team offering many opportunities for professional growth.

Why you'll want to come to work :

  • Develop and champion a product vision for our Vendor Portal, focusing on onboarding, self-service, brand building, and automation to help customers capture and convert relevant buyer demand.
  • Conduct market and customer research to evaluate new products and features.
  • Build, prioritize, and communicate data-driven product roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with product design and engineering teams to develop and enhance products.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to bring products to market and ensure their commercial success.
  • Establish and report on success metrics for the product line.

What you'll bring to the team :

Must have :

  • Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred.
  • At least 5 years of product management experience in a B2B setting.
  • Proven commercial success in previous roles.
  • Familiarity with online ad auctions is a plus.
  • Mastery of core product management skills : roadmap development, solution ideation, requirements definition, go-to-market activities.
  • Experience building data-driven, analytics-based products and working with data scientists.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working with mid and senior-level executives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with organizational, interpersonal, and team skills.
  • Proficiency in English (we work in English!).
