Marketing Analyst

We’re looking for a Marketing Analyst at Spring GDS to help us scale smarter, faster, and more efficiently. If you’re passionate about transforming complex data into clear decisions — keep reading.

What will you do?

• Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to provide strategic insights that inform marketing and brand positioning decisions.
• Track and analyze marketing performance across channels like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and email.
• Map user journeys, identify friction points, and help improve UX / UI.
• Build dashboards with tools like Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar.
• Collaborate with paid media, content, design, and product teams.
• Apply attribution models and suggest budget reallocations based on ROI.
• Ensure accurate tracking with UTMs, GA4, Meta Pixel, and more.
• Take part in European projects and marketing communities.
