Position :
We are seeking our future Support Engineer to join our Customer Success Unit team based in Pamplona. The main responsibilities for this position will include :
- Deliver 2nd level technical support and services to our customers and network of partners worldwide, driving problems to resolution and ensuring the satisfaction of our customers, especially the Gold Client ones
- Ensure timely troubleshooting of reported issues, prioritizing critical cases in accordance with Openbravo SLAs
- Provide clear communication of problem status maintaining high levels of courtesy and professionalism
- Ensure service quality levels are maintained and improved, contributing to boosting the Customer’s service experience
- Perform other duties as assigned inside the Customer Success Unit
Requirements :

POS / Retail and / or business software applications related experienceData Base Knowledge / experienceSoftware development with the following technologies is a valuable plus :Java Platform and / or all tiers of an enterprise web applicationProgramming concepts including MVC architectureSQL, PostgreSQL, and OracleSource Code Management : GitPrevious work experience and knowledge in physical device integrations is a huge plusWhat we offer :
