Youll play a key role in supporting billing legal contracts BI and operational efficiency ensuring we maintain high standards while scaling effectively.

Your main tasks will include :
Operational Support & Insurance Tasks (40%)
- Help design workflows and suggest improvements to operational tools
- Support cross-functional project initiatives as needed
- Coordinate insurance integration tasks with centers
- Monitor progress flag issues and collect required data
BI & Data Analysis (15%)
Update existing dashboards supporting accurate and timely reporting of business KPIsAssist in data analysis and help monitor KPIs to support management decisionsSupport with external customer requests for data and insights as well as internal data inquiriesFinance & Billing (15%)
Assist with billing models and invoicing processesHelp generate financial reports and support budget trackingSupport budget planning and help monitor financial performance against budgetLegal & Contracts (15%)
Follow up on contract signing and addendum processesCoordinate with external law firms as neededHomologation & Customer Integration (15%)
Lead customer homologation processesHelp ensure smooth onboarding for new customersQualifications :

Experience : 23 years in an operational or analytical roleLanguages : Fluent in both Spanish and EnglishSkills :Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
