We’re partnering with an award-winning global pharma company on the lookout for a Medical Director to lead the Iberia region and drive innovative medical strategies.

What We’re Looking For :

  • MD with 7+ years of experience in Medical Affairs (preferably in Infectious Diseases).
  • Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing teams and driving novel drug launches.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English with an understanding of the Iberian market.
  • Exceptional ability to work with external experts and drive high-level strategy.
