From LHH, we are recruiting for a leading international industrial company a Marketing Communications Manager based in Alicante.
This person will be responsible for leading the teams in Spain, Portugal, and Italy, with a strong focus on developing brand content strategy and marketing campaigns.
Main responsibilities will include :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing communications plan aligned with the company’s global strategy, and coordinate some initiatives across Europe (promotion of new products…).
- Define the brand content strategy to be executed in relevant markets and develop and carry out marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, events…).
- Collaborate with local and regional teams to design and execute all aspects of the marketing plan in order to maximize brand awareness and sales.
- Manage the marketing budget for Spain and Italy, allocating resources efficiently to ensure maximum return on investment.
- Build, lead, and guide a team of marketing professionals, providing direction and support to drive their professional growth.
