Role : Transaction Services Financial Diligence Manager
Location : Barcelona, Spain.
I am seeking a Transaction Services manager to join a dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work with a diverse set of clients and play a key role in executing complex transactions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage transaction services engagements, including financial due diligence, buy-side and sell-side support, and other advisory services.
- Manage client relationships and communication, ensuring all deliverables are met with high quality and within timelines.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing training and professional development opportunities.
- Work closely with senior leadership on developing an engagement strategy, planning, and execution.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide integrated solutions to clients.
- Participate in business development activities, including client pitches and proposal writing
