Our team consists of multilingual HR experts located across Europe. We act as your HR partner, offering services such as HR administration, legal advice, recruitment support, motivation and engagement strategies, learning and development, benchmarking, compensation and benefits management, HRIS implementation, and payroll management.

Annually, 15% of Europe HR Solutions' profits support the Tripura Foundation, aiding children and elderly with educational, nutritional, and medical programs.

This HR Consultant role offers an exciting opportunity to work with our longstanding client and other international clients.

• Manage compensation, employment contracts, benefits, and performance management systems.
• Analyze and update compensation and benefit policies to ensure competitiveness and legal compliance.
• Oversee disciplinary and termination procedures.
• Coordinate activities related to employment, labor relations, and employee engagement.
• Represent the organization in personnel matters.
• Act as a liaison between the organization and employees, handling questions, interpreting contracts, and resolving work-related issues.

Skills for Success :

Experience : Minimum of 10 years in HR, with experience managing multiple HR projects.

Advanced Excel skills, executional excellence, results-driven, detail-oriented, process-focused.

Fluent in Italian, Spanish, and English.
