Head Of Product

Scopely is looking for a Head of Product to help drive the vision of one of our leading game franchises, Stumble Guys!

Working closely with our SVP of Product in Barcelona, you will help to drive the entire roadmap lifecycle from vision and strategy through the initial design phases and into live-game optimisation. Leading an all-star team of product managers in the creation of features with cross-functional teams, culminating in genre-defining outcomes.

Combining product thinking, a deep understanding of our players, analytically driven, creative vision, and executional excellence, this will be an opportunity to put your stamp on the future of social and mobile gaming!

Are you ready?

What you will do :

• Help define the long-term vision of the game and help set the strategy to reach that vision.
• Responsible for crafting a feature roadmap that will drive business results in alignment with the game’s vision.
• Ensure designs meet the business goals, but also meet players’ needs, and are aligned with best-in-class market trends.
• Lead, guide, and mentor a team of experienced PMs that are coordinating the entire game’s feature set. Support the team on the most innovative and meaningful product challenges.
• Work with the leadership team to hit daring targets to optimize lifetime value of the player base.
• Lead collaboration with different interfaces within and outside the department.
• Drive constant improvement of the Product Management craft, team health, processes, and methodologies.
• Help identify inefficiencies and provide long-term solutions in our feature development and live operation processes & tooling to further drive operational excellence.
