Since early 2024, we have tripled our headcount from 35 to over 105, aiming for 150+ this year. We are hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to help scale our team and elevate our hiring standards. You will partner with hiring managers to shape our future in go-to-market, operations, and business teams, supporting our growth as one of Europe's most exciting product-led companies. We seek a generalist recruiter capable of supporting Product and Engineering hiring as priorities evolve.

Missions

Your main goal will be to attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent during n8n's hypergrowth phase, ensuring a world-class candidate and hiring manager experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the recruitment lifecycle

Lead end-to-end recruitment, focusing on go-to-market (GTM) and operations roles.

  • Develop tailored hiring strategies for each role.
  • Expand n8n’s presence in European and UK talent markets.
  • Partner with hiring managers
  • Align on role requirements, timelines, and candidate profiles.

  • Provide market intelligence on compensation and trends.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of top talent using innovative sourcing methods.

  • Use data insights to refine sourcing channels.
  • Cultivate relationships with high-quality candidates.
  • Build an exceptional candidate experience
  • Ensure interactions reflect n8n’s culture and values.

  • Maintain transparent communication throughout the process.
  • Act as an ambassador, sharing our mission and growth story.
  • Optimize recruitment processes
  • Enhance workflows for scalability and efficiency.

  • Track and report recruitment metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Requirements

    Must-have

  • Based in Europe with deep knowledge of the European startup talent market.
  • Over 4 years of in-house recruitment experience in fast-growing startups.
  • At least 2 years recruiting for remote-first companies in Europe.
  • Proven success in hiring for sales, marketing, and operations roles (GTM).
  • Strategic partner to hiring managers, with experience refining role definitions and sourcing strategies.
  • Nice-to-have

  • Experience hiring for engineering or product roles.
  • Familiarity with Ashby ATS.
  • Supported by top investors like Sequoia, FirstMark, and Felicis.
  • Global, remote-first team across Europe and North America.
  • Product with strong market fit, loved by developers and enterprises.
  • Challenging problems with talented colleagues.
