Your Role

As a Calypso Solution Designer , you will work within Agile or non-Agile frameworks, facilitate workshops and events, and communicate across organizational levels. You will participate in various projects, focusing on delivering value sustainably and collaboratively.

Responsibilities include :

  • Designing major technical and functional solutions of high complexity
  • Having over 6 years of Calypso experience
  • Possessing high functional knowledge of Collateral, Repo, SecLending, FX, Bond, and Equity products, with involvement in related Calypso implementation projects
  • Providing functional leadership in treasury and markets global processes, applications, and architectures

    • Qualifications

  • IT Functional lead experience
  • Gathering user requirements and defining Calypso solutions
  • Collaborating with internal teams using servant leadership, supporting coordination on the IT side
  • Monitoring project evolution, developments, dependencies, and work execution
  • Leading collaboration with external teams (users, managers, IT teams)
  • Expertise in Calypso functionalities, modules, and architecture, including :
  • Repo, Seclending, Margin Call, Corporate Action, Triparty, Equity, Bond, Performance Swap, FX, Cre, Postings, Murex to Calypso integration, CATT, Upgrades, Swift Messages (Mt1xx, Mt2xx, Mt3XX, Mt5XX, Pacs 8 & 9), Bond and Equity definitions
  • Technical leadership in Calypso solutions using Oracle, Springboot, WebServices, Gradle / Maven, Jenkins
  • Soft Skills : Proactivity, Communication, Teamwork, Adaptability, Critical Thinking
