We are seeking an experienced SEO and CRO Manager to oversee and optimize the search engine performance and conversion rates for our global website platform, which hosts 25 websites across 25 different countries.Reporting to the Director of Performance Marketing, this role requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in international SEO, technical SEO, on-page optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). The ideal candidate will drive organic traffic growth, improve search rankings, and enhance user experience to maximize conversions across all markets, with a particular emphasis in our corporate-managed territories of Italy, Hong Kong and Korea.Key Responsibilities :
SEO Strategy & Execution- Develop and implement an SEO strategy tailored to the websites of our corporate markets :
Italy, Hong Kong, Korea considering local search trends, languages, and cultural nuances.- Ensure SEO strategy is optimized for AI and LLMs- Develop recommendations for SEO that can then be shared with our franchise partners and applied across their websites on the global web platform.- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and gap analysis to identify growth opportunities in each market.- Build the content development plan to support SEO strategy. Collaborate with product and content marketing, martech and external agencies to execute the plan.- Optimize on-page elements (titles, meta descriptions, headers, internal linking) and ensure content aligns with search intent.- Manage technical SEO audits (crawlability, indexability, site speed, mobile optimization, structured data) and collaborate with the martech manager and external agencies to implement improvements.- Oversee local SEO efforts, including Google Business Profiles (GBP) optimization, local citations, and geo-targeted content using Uberall- Monitor algorithm updates and adjust strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on new ranking opportunities.Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)- Lead A / B testing, multivariate testing, and user experience (UX) improvements to increase conversion rates across our corporate websites.- Analyze user behavior (via heatmaps, session recordings, Google Analytics) to identify friction points and optimize landing pages, CTAs, and checkout flows.- Collaborate with Martech, designers and developers to implement high-converting layouts, forms, and UX enhancements.- Develop personalization strategies to tailor content and offers based on user segments and geolocation.Performance Tracking & Reporting- Track KPIs (organic traffic, rankings, bounce rates, conversions) using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush / Ahrefs, and Hotjar.- Provide monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.- Work closely with country managers and marketing teams to align SEO & CRO efforts with business goals.Qualifications & Skills :
