As this is an entry-level position (no experience needed), you will be trained and constantly guided by your managers and your team. Responsibilities as a Customer Advisor in our team include :
- Reviewing customer requests and expectations, and responding according to their needs and situations.
- Managing multichannel interactions to ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Learning to use software solutions specific to the IT / Telecommunications industry that improve people's lives.
- Effectively managing all incoming incidents in a customer service environment.
