  • You will have the lead and end-to-end responsibility for the definition, documentation, and negotiation of requirements with stakeholders (product, UX, CI, solution architects)
  • You will provide a broad knowledge on how to design customer journeys, defining requirements definition and managing dependencies.
  • You will work with the stakeholders understanding user needs. You will also give support to simplify their requirements and translate into a feasible proposal both from a business and from IT perspective.
  • You will align the requirements of the different stakeholders.
  • 5 years of professional experience in the banking sector
  • Product Management skills linked to unsecured lending products : personal loans and credit card
  • Understanding processes from an IT point of view
  • Strong digital, analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Customer focused and results-oriented person
  • Strong ability to make effective presentations : effective story telling, excellent power point skills.
  • Able to work in an autonomous way, to take initiative and to make things happen with a can-do attitude
  • With strong knowledge about Agile Wow
  • Problem solving and strategic mindset
