This Position reports to :

Workshop Manager

Your Role And Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Service Workshop Manager, and daily work direction of the Team Lead, the Service Repair Technician repairs a variety of breakers and subassemblies, ensuring the best possible, most cost-effective problem resolution, and assists in identifying and resolving quality and reliability problems, in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Performs workshop tasks such as troubleshooting, repair, assembly, and testing.
Contributes to customer satisfaction by executing workshop orders according to workshop processes and guidelines.
Acts with sense of urgency and care in the direct area of responsibility.

Materials and supply

Checks bill of materials and other documents to identify required parts for needed for service activity and ensures that all materials, parts, and equipment are available.

Documentation and reports

Ensures the completion, processing, and maintenance of all required documentation.

Proactively executes work on a first-time right approach and ensures the job is done on time and on quality.

Identifies improvement needs and potential solutions for them in the way of working, communicates them proactively and drives small improvement actions.

Health, safety and integrity

Applies safety rules and safe practices as well as environmental responsibilities.

Reports unsafe practices and incidents.

Qualifications For The Role

Intermediate or higher vocational training in electricity, electronics, electromechanics, etc.

2 to 5 years of experience in similar role, working as electrical technician.

Dedication, commitment and ability to work in a team. Good social skills, ability to work autonomously and be resilient. A collaborative, solution-focused approach and team work oriented.

Driver's license

Basic level of English : especially for the handling of technical documentation at the written level.

Office skills (Windows, Office suite, diagnostic tools, etc.

Valuable : good electrical and mechanical capabilities.

EU work permit.
