Job Title

E-Commerce Manager (Global B2B)

About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled E-Commerce Manager to lead our global B2B customer portal and e-commerce initiatives. As a key member of the Group Sales Excellence team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive digital channel growth, enhance customer experience, and enable scalable commercial success across global markets.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic development of the customer portal, aligning functionalities with the organization's omnichannel strategy, commercial objectives, established business processes, and evolving customer needs.
  • Drive the development and rollout of e-commerce storefronts built on Salesforce Commerce Cloud across regions, translating sales-driven business needs into functional storefront capabilities that enhance customer engagement and enable a seamless online purchasing experience.
  • Provide structured support to regions in scaling their e-commerce presence and leveraging the platform effectively.
  • Collaborate with digital transformation and IT teams to translate requirements into effective, customer-centric solutions on the customer portal.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Commerce, Digital Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B e-commerce, digital sales enablement, customer platform management or a similar business role within B2B minerals and chemicals distribution business environments.
  • Proven track record of supporting the rollout and adoption of e-commerce platforms across regions and markets.
  • Salesforce B2B Commerce Administrator certificate is a must; Salesforce B2B Solution Architect is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated experience in translating business requirements into platform functionalities and developing e-commerce platform roadmaps.
