Temporary Sales Support Specialist

We're looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our Business Development team in Madrid. In this key role, you'll help unlock potential by taking ownership of commercial coordination, reporting, and cross-functional support — enabling our sales team to focus on what they do best : growing our business.

As Sales Support Specialist, you'll be the go-to expert for sales process support, customer documentation, and business insights. You'll bring order, structure, and reliability to the way we work with customers, systems, and data. Manage quotations, contracts, pricing documents and commercial correspondence

• Keep Salesforce opportunities accurate and up to date
• Support with business cases, tenders, pipeline reports and onboarding
• Ensure documentation and SOX controls are audit-ready
• Help sites and BD teams with tools like Boltrics, stock control, and performance reports
• You bring a commercial mindset and enjoy making data useful.

Demonstrable experience in sales support, analytics, or commercial coordination
