Project Coordinator - Industrial / Engineering

Job Opportunity in Project Coordination

As a seasoned project coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of actual and future projects. Your primary objective will be to guarantee compliance with established directives and corporate / project procedures.

• Control and monitor both phone and written Purchase Orders.
• Analyze Progress Reports received from suppliers, verifying and coordinating dates with various departments (Inspection, Construction, Planning, etc.).
• Monitor and control main sub-orders.
• Internal expediting within other departments to address any manufacturing progress or release for transportation incidents.
• Issue timely Analysis of Deliveries.

With at least 5 years of experience in industrial / engineering equipment and components, you will possess a strong understanding of the industry. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential, as is excellent teamwork skills. A Bachelor's degree in Organization Engineering would be an asset but is not mandatory. You must hold a work / residence permit in Spain and be immediately available to start in Madrid for a hybrid work model.
