Position : International R&D Project Manager – Grants & Proposal Office

Contract Type : Permanent (for scientific-technical activities)

Salary : Based on qualifications and experience

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced International R&D Project Manager to join our International Projects Management Team. The selected candidate will be involved in the coordination of European and international R&D projects (mainly Horizon Europe) and in the promotion of international funding opportunities. Note : this is a non-scientific position focused on project coordination and grant management.

Key Responsibility

  • Management and coordination of collaborative European and international R&D projects, especially under Horizon Europe.
  • Supervision of grant and consortium agreements, preparation of project reports, financial management (budget monitoring, financial statements, audits).
  • Organization of project meetings, workshops, and events.
  • Contribution to dissemination and communication activities, including website updates and exploitation actions.
  • Promotion of international R&D funding opportunities.
  • Support in the preparation and submission of R&D proposals to European and international calls (e.g., Horizon Europe, LIFE, ERA-NETs).
  • Participation in initiatives to strengthen the International Projects Office.

Required Qualifications :

Mandatory

  • Demonstrated experience in managing European projects or proposals.
  • English proficiency (minimum B2 level).
  • Please provide your CV and motivation letter in English.
  • Experience in H2020 / Horizon Europe project management (especially coordinated projects).
  • Experience in proposal writing and funding opportunity scouting.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
