Day-to-day responsibilities

• Lead Agile Development : Take charge of squad-based sprints, translating roadmap goals into efficient tasks. Prioritise high-impact technical solutions that align with business objectives and adapt quickly to changes.
• React Expertise and AI Innovation : Develop cutting-edge user interfaces using React and implement AI-driven enhancements to streamline tasks, ensuring technology keeps pace with company growth needs.
• Ownership of Development Cycle : Own the end-to-end development cycle by writing and executing automated tests, maintaining code quality, and ensuring robust, scalable solutions.
• Promote Quality and Growth : Uphold the highest standards of code quality through detailed reviews, while mentoring peers and juniors, encouraging a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Strategic Problem Solving : Engage actively with stakeholders to ensure project alignment, and tackle complex challenges by defining and implementing strategic, sustainable solutions.
