Were looking for someone who can help us improve our services and customer satisfaction. You can be part of the team. What would your daily routine look like

  • Management of ocean shipments from start to finish meeting customer needs and company policies.
  • Coordination with shipping companies coshippers suppliers carriers and offices around the world.
  • Coordination with other departments : customs sales and pricing.
  • Tracking shipments keeping systems up to date.
  • Management and control of shipment invoicing including cost forecasting and control.
  • You will work as a team with your colleagues at your center to achieve the companys objectives.
  • In short : Youre proactive and organized! You know how to make a difference in your field!

    • What do we expect from you

  • Essential qualifications : Baccalaureate Intermediate / Advanced Vocational Training. (Training in Foreign Trade is a plus).
  • Previous experience in a maritime department will be a plus.
  • Knowledge of English.
  • Office skills.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Attention to detail proactivity and autonomy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and establish priorities.
  • Problemsolving and ability to work independently.
  • Sense of responsibility and integrity.
  • Willingness to learn and improve.
  • Availability to work from 9 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 30 p.m.
