SHIFT REQUIREMENTS : Rotating shifts from Sunday to Saturday, ranging from 6 AM to 10 PM CET.

WORK LOCATION : Permanently remote work from any province in Spain.

START DATE : 7th July 2025.

To expand the product selection available to customers, Amazon engages with Sellers & Vendors who list their products on Amazon's global eCommerce platforms. The Selling Partner Support (SPS) team serves as the primary interface between Amazon and its Selling Partners, providing support, technical assistance, and account management to help them serve their customers better and grow their businesses.

The SPS Associate acts as the first point of resolution for Sellers & Vendors, diagnosing technical, operational, system, and process issues, and proposing solutions to remove barriers. They educate Sellers & Vendors on processes, tools, and standards in real-time. This role requires multitasking across various software tools to manage Selling Partner Accounts, research policies, and communicate solutions. A commitment to customer focus and process improvement is essential.

Key job responsibilities include :

  • Supporting Amazon’s Selling Partners to resolve issues via Phone, Email, and Chat channels.
  • Managing high volumes of inbound and outbound communications promptly.
  • Identifying customer needs, clarifying information, researching issues, and providing solutions.
  • Demonstrating Amazon’s Leadership Principles, especially Customer Obsession, with empathy and passion.
  • Building sustainable relationships and engaging customers proactively.
  • Achieving productivity and quality targets and metrics.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders and teams.
  • Documenting interactions according to SOPs.
  • Troubleshooting and supporting Amazon Sellers and Vendors with products.
  • Participating in training sessions and learning product details.
  • Performing other duties and projects as assigned.
  • Working shifts and weekends to support Amazon’s operating hours, with shift timings confirmed after training.

  • BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Fluent in Turkish and English.
  • Experience in a customer service environment.
  • Skills in operating Windows OS and using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook).
  • Basic knowledge of spreadsheet software like Excel and communication tools.
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in guiding customers.
  • Strong listening skills, empathy, and willingness to assist.
  • Experience in contact centers (preferred).
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Capability to meet performance metrics with high productivity and quality.
  • Customer-focused attitude, fostering a positive team environment.
  • Multitasking ability across phone, chat, and email contacts.
  • Effective communication skills in English and other languages as required.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and explain technical instructions clearly.
  • Self-motivated with enthusiasm for learning.

  • Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
