About the Role

This position involves supporting the maintenance of master contracts, reviewing legal matters affecting operations, and managing internal controls regarding data privacy. You will also assist with day-to-day management of legal and compliance matters, as well as support on Data Protection Officer functions.

Responsibilities :

• Maintain and update the Group's master contracts database.
• Review legal contractual matters affecting operations.
• Manage internal controls regarding data privacy.
• Prepare tasks reports for the Legal department.
• Draft collaboration and / or partnership agreements for research projects.

Requirements :

A degree in Law is required. A Master's degree in accessing the legal profession or a specialized Master's in IP, Data protection, and new technologies / Healthcare / Pharma regulatory fields is an asset. Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is essential. Autonomy, creativity, strong analysis, and organizational skills are also required.
