Responsibilities
- Driving sales performance through business development.
- Recruit and coach a team to network and self-generate leads.
- Increase sales performance by providing clarity on KPI’s and targets for team.
- Identify, understand and resolve issued to maximise sales.
- Work with existing customers to review existing products and identify opportunities to sell additional or more appropriate products and services.
- Understand the market to ensure pricing is competitive.
- Network to gain market intelligence and generate sales leads.
