As part of our continued growth, we're currently looking for a Scrum Master - Data & Integration to join one of our client-facing teams in collaboration with a major humanitarian organization. If you're passionate about agile practices, driving continuous improvement, and helping tech teams thrive, this role is for you.

Tasks :

  • Facilitate and lead all Scrum ceremonies : sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and PI Planning.
  • Coach and support a product team focused on Data Integration and Master Data Management, helping them self-organize and deliver value consistently.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners (POs), Release Train Engineers (RTEs), and stakeholders to align on priorities and delivery goals.
  • Monitor KPIs and team metrics (velocity, burnup, burndown), ensuring continuous improvement in execution and delivery quality.
  • Track timelines, support backlog refinement, manage impediments, and promote realistic planning based on team capacity.
  • Contribute to fostering a culture of agility across the organization and share practices through a Scrum Master Community of Practice.
  • Ensure alignment with SAFe methodology and support inter-team coordination within global Technology & Information (T&I) teams.

Profile :

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in large-scale agile environments (SAFe, Scrum, or similar).
  • Certified Scrum Master – Scrum and Agile certifications required (SAFe certification is a strong plus).
  • Degree in IT or related field from a recognized university.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and outsourced (nearshore) development teams is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ITIL and Data Management practices is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English (French is a plus or good understanding required).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Adaptable, collaborative, and results-driven, with the ability to coordinate across diverse teams and stakeholders.
